We are seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise PMO to help drive strategic initiatives that impact multiple functions across the organization. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, driving accountability, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution of enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead and support the execution of cross-functional projects from initiation through completion., • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting., • Coordinate project activities across business, technology, marketing, operations, eCommerce, and other functional teams., • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion., • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans., • Provide regular project updates and executive-ready reporting to stakeholders., • Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables., • Support PMO governance standards, methodologies, and project management best practices., • Assist with portfolio tracking, project prioritization, and resource planning efforts., • Support organizational change management activities associated with enterprise initiatives., • Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across project teams. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required., • 4–7+ years of project management experience within a PMO, consulting, technology, retail, eCommerce, operations, or transformation environment., • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders., • Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches., • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., • Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications., • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment., • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms., • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or strategic business initiatives., • Experience working within retail, consumer products, eCommerce, or digital organizations., • Exposure to PMO governance, portfolio management, and executive-level reporting., • Experience partnering with both business and technical teams. The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $115,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
