This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory management, store operations, and team training, along with a solid working knowledge of retail technology systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational consistency, and store-level execution while providing hands-on support and in-the-moment training to store teams. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Auditing • Conduct daily jewelry and scent cycle counts during store visits, • Perform physical counts and report discrepancies or concerns, • Complete scheduled weekly inventories and additional counts as needed (web callouts, negatives, or buyer requests), • Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to leadership and web team, • Maintain accurate records; submit findings for final adjustmentsPurchase Order & Shipment Audits, • Ensure delivery calendars are accurate and up to date, • Verify all order confirmations are printed and organized, • Review back orders and ensure timely follow-ups, • Cross-reference deliveries with store logs to confirm accuracy, • Support shipment processing during peak periodsOperational Compliance, • Audit store daysheets daily and report any discrepancies, • Monitor cash redemptions and communicate findings, • Ensure all operational processes are being followed consistentlyStore Support & Training, • Provide on-the-spot coaching and training to Boutique Managers (BM) and Assistant Managers (AM), • Support stores with operational best practices and inventory procedures, • Communicate opportunities for improvement and follow up on action itemsSupplies & Maintenance, • Complete monthly supply orders for each location, • Submit orders on deadline, ensuring store leadership is included, • Identify and report maintenance issues; follow through to resolutionTechnology Support, • Troubleshoot in-store technology issues during visits, • Provide basic technical support and guidance to store teams, • Adjust schedule as needed to support urgent tech needs across locationsQualifications, • 2+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or similar role, • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations, • Experience training and developing retail teams, • Comfortable working with retail systems and technology, • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between locationsWhat Were Looking For, • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership, • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, • A team player who enjoys supporting and developing others Salary negotiable with proven experience
