Job Description We are looking for a professional, reliable, and client-focused esthetician to join our growing luxury beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate is confident performing Brazilian lymphatic massage services, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about making clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. Responsibilities • Perform 30, 60, and 90-minute Brazilian lymphatic massage treatments, • Must be willing to eventually start performing sugaring services, • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client, • Open and close the studio independently, • Check clients out and assist with rebooking future appointments, • Recommend and sell retail products when appropriate, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas, • Keep treatment rooms fully stocked and prepared for services, • Follow all studio protocols, sanitation guidelines, and service procedures, • Communicate professionally with clients and team members, • Maintain a positive, understanding, and professional attitude at all times Qualifications • Licensed Esthetician in New York State, • Experience with body sculpting or Brazilian lymphatic massage preferred (training will be available for the right candidate), • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Comfortable working independently, • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, • Professional appearance and positive energy, • Sales confidence and ability to recommend retail products naturally, • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented What We’re Looking For Someone who is: • Warm and welcoming, • Professional and dependable, • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client care, • Able to make clients feel safe, comfortable, and confident, • A team player who can also work independently Compensation • Base pay starts at $17/hour, • Plus 20% automatic gratuity, • Plus service commission, • Plus retail commission This position offers strong earning potential for someone motivated, reliable, and passionate about client care and results.
