Job Description RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to work at our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic at Wyandanch, NY In this role, you will be responsible for general front desk coverage, greeting visitors, utilizing established safety procedures. Answer, screen and direct telephone calls. Schedule appointments for the clinic, make reminder phone calls for next day’s appointments and check insurance eligibility as needed. Assist with reviewing, screening, and scheduling intake appointments. Provide support to clinicians regarding obtaining treatment plan signatures. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma. Job Description RiseWell Community Services is looking to hire a Full-TimeTeam-Leader to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. In this role, the Team Leader will supervise their ACT team while providing direct services on a multi-disciplinary team. Our leaders serve as an essential component of this impactful, clinical team. Leadership skills, collaborative abilities, and compassionate communication are a must! Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher with a license in social work or Mental Health Counseling, psychology, rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred), OR licensure/registration as a registered nurse (RNs are encouraged to be master's level or nurse practitioner), or a physician. License required (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). A valid and clean NY State driver's license. Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health.
