WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR As a Franchise Business Consultant, you are responsible for maximizing the assigned district's revenue and cash flow growth by efficient use of people, processes and planning. You will be responsible for the execution of an obsessive guest experience that continually exceeds guest expectations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and vision to their District management staff in our vision to re-establish the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community around the world. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Support strategic planning, implementation and follow up initiatives amongst the team of managers in their market., • Responsible for the primary focus on corporate café operations and all aspects of corporate talent, including talent acquisition, retention and development, where applicable., • Offer guidance and mentorship to other members of the operations team in their respective market - when / where applicable., • Identifies the training needs of cafe managers and works in conjunction with training team to execute applicable training., • Facilitates one-on-one or classroom training as appropriate and needed with franchisee teams., • Creates a mentoring and supportive environment focused on continuous development of teams., • Supports franchisee owners and their GMs to ensure they have processes and procedures to manage performance, like skills evaluations and assessments and performance management, • Also support owners and GMs to ensure they are knowledgeable and aware of the training and development curriculum to ensure their teams have the training necessary to do their jobs to the best of their abilities., • Continually inspects the Region/District's Operational and Guest Service standards; consistently communicates standards to cafe managers and ensures execution at café level., • Proactively meets or exceeds guest experiences; deals promptly with complaints received and puts action plans into place to address service gaps., • Consistent with the Region/Districts plan, ensures cafe managers have specific, focused and well-executed sales and marketing plans. Evaluates cafe financial progress and performance and helps to develop action plans accordingly., • Ensures adherence to policies and procedures for food and beverage sales and consumption, food safety and health/sanitation., • Ensures that policies and procedures are in compliance with organization's policies and with all local and state regulations., • Utilizes preventive maintenance programs to maintain cafe facilities., • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as extended workdays to support business needs., • Other duties may be assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of progressive related experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue are required., • At least 3 to 5 years of progressive management experience managing teams., • Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable., • Thorough knowledge of working Point of Sale (POS) register systems, Toast experience preferred., • Strong Inventory Planning and Management skills required., • P&L capability and sales/marketing skills and abilities., • Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible management style, with a successful record of accomplishment of managing senior operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized portfolio., • Passion for people! Counselor, Children and Families Services Program

POSITION OVERVIEW The counselor will provide assessment, counseling, advocacy, and referral services to child witnesses of gender-based violence and survivors of teen dating violence. They will work with the clinical team to provide holistic, trauma-informed, survivor-centered clinical services. They will utilize a trauma-informed approach to promote clients’ rights and provide services in a manner that emphasizes safety, respect, and dignity. They will provide strength-based guidance and work to resolve the impact of gender-based violence in their young lives. RESPONSIBILITIES -Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans; -Provide mental health services for children and teens (from 0-21 years old) including short term individual counseling and crisis intervention with individuals and their families; -Collaborate with staff at other Sanctuary for Families sites to provide holistic services; -Advocate for and assist families/individuals in the negotiation of service delivery system to ensure receipt of appropriate clinical and related services; -Demonstrate competence in evidence-based modalities such as CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy); -Develop effective relationships with children and families; -Facilitate appropriate clinical groups for clients, including, but not limited to, parenting skills groups; -Participate in team and agency meetings, individual supervisory meetings, case conferences and other meetings as requested; -Complete all appropriate paperwork, including case notes and reports, in a timely manner; -Assist with children’s room coverage to support team in providing services to families seeking services; -Conduct outreach and training related to gender based and domestic violence; -Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor; -Provide support and supervision to MSW interns as needed. -Hybrid work requirement with both remote and in-person formats. REQUIREMENTS -LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or similar degree. -A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience with victims of domestic violence, including work with children. -Bilingual English and Spanish required. -Experience providing counseling and supportive services to domestic violence survivors and their families required. -Experience facilitating support groups and dynamic community workshops required. -Ability to work flexible hours, a mix of hybrid and remote work, and at least 2 evenings a week. -Interest in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. -Computer literate in Microsoft applications required.
