Who You Are * 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept * Strong written and verbal communication skills. All rooms are equipped with cameras so Pet Parents can stay engaged with their dogs and watch the fantastic experience you create for their pup., • Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia., • Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person., • Conduct dog evaluations for all Meet and Greets., • Provide any meals or necessary medications to dogs in our care., • Create any necessary Behavior Modification plans for dogs that need one., • Assess, develop, and train other team members as necessary., • Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
