Position Overview We are seeking skilled, passionate, and motivated Barbers to join our growing team. If you’re committed to precision, customer satisfaction, and continuously leveling up your skills, StyldStudios is the perfect place for you. Responsibilities • Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, line-ups, and grooming services, • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station according to state board requirements, • Consult with clients to understand desired results and recommend appropriate styles, • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships, • Arrive on time and uphold professional standards, • Promote StyldStudios services, products, and membership programs, • Stay current with trends, tools, and techniques in modern barbering, • Maintain proper inventory of tools and supplies, • Valid Barber License (required), • Proven experience in men’s grooming and modern cutting techniques, • Strong communication and customer-service skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Professional appearance and positive attitude, • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, • Experience with fades, tapers, scissor work, and beard shaping, • Competitive commission or booth rent options, • established clientele base, • Clean, stylish, and professional work environment, • Supportive team culture, • Opportunities for growth and advanced training, • Flexible scheduling, • Product discounts We’re more than just a barbershop — we're a brand built on style, community, and growth.
