The Float MA is expected to adapt quickly to different site layouts, provider preferences, and schedules while following True Health standard workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Patient Rooming and Clinical Support (All Sites) • Prepare exam rooms, sanitize/turn over rooms between patients, and maintain supply levels., • Bring patients back, verify identity, and confirm reason for visit., • Obtain and document vitals; recognize and escalate abnormal findings to clinical leadership/provider., • Medication reconciliation, allergy verification, and preferred pharmacy confirmation., • Assist providers during exams/procedures as needed (within MA scope and training)., • Provide patient instructions per provider direction and ensure clear after-visit next steps.B.
