Key Responsibilities • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles using a 9-car hauling tractor and trailer o We are a four-strap company, • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all equipment through Motive • Ensure all vehicles are handled with care to minimize individual driver damage claims • Meet a minimum of 10,000 miles per month and $36,000 in truck gross per month • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding loads, delays, and all delivery updates • Maintain all equipment according to DOT, warrant, and company policies o 90-Day DOT Inspections (Annual Inspections) are required for all equipment o Drivers are responsible for keeping up with required equipment services and scheduling shop time in an efficient manner to maintain profitability o Drivers are responsible for their breakdowns by calling certified shops, tows, getting updates from shops, and communicating all updates with dispatch and fleet teams.
