The incumbent must be a dynamic individual who can multi-task and oversee various activities associated with aerospace manufacturing ensuring that Mfg. Eng. activities are conducted in a manner that complies with company requirements (i.e. regulatory, safety, administrative, etc.). This position requires effective interaction with a broad spectrum of people both internal and external to the organization to successfully support operations and the corporate strategic vision. Minimum Required Qualifications: • 5 years of related experience in a machine shop manufacturing environment (Aerospace preferred, but not required), • 2 years of Gibbs and/or Mastercam & PRO- E usage, • High School or (GED) Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Mfg.
