    JF Restaurants is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join the team at the Vermilion Club located in the Winthrop Center. Located in the heart of Downtown Crossing, this landmark destination brings together eight distinct culinary concepts under one roof, creating one of the most dynamic dining experiences in Boston. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a flagship project for one of the country’s most innovative hospitality groups. As Restaurant Manager, you will be a visible and hands-on leader, driving the rhythm of service and setting the tone for hospitality on the floor. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to ensure operational excellence, coach front-of-house teams, and deliver the polished, energetic, and memorable experiences our guests expect. What You’ll Do: Lead Service Excellence Be an active presence on the floor during service, guiding the team and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the high standards of JF Restaurants. Support Multi-Concept Operations Help execute daily operations across multiple concepts, maintaining consistency, organization, and seamless service. Elevate the Guest Experience Anticipate guest needs, resolve challenges with professionalism, and ensure every visit feels thoughtful and memorable. Develop and Inspire the Team Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality. Drive Operational Standards Support service systems, workflow efficiency, and best practices to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Collaborate Across Departments Work alongside culinary, marketing, and leadership teams on programming, menu updates, and branded materials. Experience with InDesign is a plus.     Job description: As a server at our growl growl hot pot restaurant, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, guiding guests through the hot pot dining process, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
