This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days in person. Your hours will be discussed once you complete training and onboarding satisfactorily. We provide a flexible work schedule, but we expect our therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Given the high demand for sessions between 3 PM 8 PM on weekdays or Saturdays/Sunday, success in this role requires availability during these peak hours What we offer: • Up to $2,500 in Signing Bonus, • Performance-based bonuses, • Tons of more benefits and perksOur therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, commission splits, performance bonuses and more). They also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office. Desired experience and qualifications: • Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field, • Prefer candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of New Jersey license, • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults, • Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools, • Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation, • Fully licensed clinicians will ideally have a history of being credentialed with insurance providersResponsibilities include:, • Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy, • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community, • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings, • Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and essential to your role ;), • Sense of humor will undoubtedly help as well!
