Job Description The Director of Compliance is responsible for establishing and implementing an effective compliance program to promote legal, ethical and proper conduct throughout APluscare operations. The Director of Compliance ensures that the Agency has robust compliance policies, compliance education programs, reporting channels, monitoring mechanisms and processes for remediating non-compliance and provides guidance to the senior management team and Board as needed to appropriately address areas of risk.
