Job Description Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist for immediate full-time employment. Candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years experience, although exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. The Billing Specialist position is to undertake billing operations in the firm’s accounting department. The role will consist of distributing and editing prebills, finalizing invoices and submitting them to the client; ensuring bills are processed appropriately. This position requires a high level of motivation, flexibility, initiative and ability to follow through on ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong and professional communication skills. They should be friendly and outgoing and be able to work both independently and as a team player. The candidate will work with team members and attorneys in all locations on matters across the firm’s footprint.
