Orenstein State Farm Agency** The J.R. Orenstein Agency, one of the top-performing State Farm agencies in the country, is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) team member who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment. This is not cold calling. Youll work with existing customers who already know our brand, providing service, support, and protection recommendations. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and explaining things clearly, this is a great opportunity. What Youll Be Doing Youll be the main contact for our current customers, helping them with questions, changes, and coverage reviews. During each conversation, youll identify ways to better protect their home, car, income, and family. Your day-to-day will include: Helping customers over the phone in both English and Spanish Completing full insurance reviews to make sure families are properly covered Quoting additional coverage when clients need better protection Fixing billing, policy, or underwriting issues Handling policy changes quickly and professionally Following up with customers who asked for quotes in the past Asking for referrals when youve built trust and created a great experience Keeping accurate notes and tasks in our CRM Bringing positive energy and a calm, professional tone to every call Youre never pressured to hard sell anyone. You simply help customers understand their options and protect what matters most. Compensation Total Compensation Range: $60,000 to $85,000+ per year Includes: Base salary Commission on Auto, Home, Life, & Health Insurance Sales Tier bonuses based on overall production Weekly and monthly incentives for consistency and quality Top performers routinely earn at the higher end of the range. Licensing You do not need to be licensed to apply. If youre the right fit, well guide you through the licensing process. You must earn your Property & Casualty license before your official start date. Most candidates complete the coursework and exam in a few weeks.
