About the Role: We are looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to own and grow our market presence by securing new business and expanding strategic partnerships. This role requires a hunter mentalityβsomeone who thrives on cold calling, setting meetings, and closing deals while also nurturing key relationships for long-term growth. As an Account Executive, youβll be responsible for driving market expansion by partnering with leading food service and vending providers (Compass/Canteen, Aramark, Sodexo) and other local operators to bring Farmerβs Fridge to new locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves hustling, networking, and making an impact through sales. What Youβll Do: β’ Own the full sales cycleβfrom prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals and onboarding new partners., β’ Build and expand relationships with key food service and vending providers to unlock growth opportunities., β’ Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and identify strategic locations for Farmerβs Fridge placements., β’ Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure weβre hitting sales targets and keeping up with market growth plans, β’ Consistently hit or exceed sales targets while maintaining an organized and data-driven approach to pipeline management.What Weβre Looking For:, β’ 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred), with a strong track record of closing new business., β’ A true hunter mindsetβyouβre self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the challenge of securing new business., β’ Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations and connect with decision-makers., β’ Excellent communication and presentation skillsβable to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders., β’ Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM to track and manage opportunities effectively. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. The base pay offered will depend on factors such as relevant experience, skills, training, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, which includes sales incentives.
