Job Description BEECHERS HANDMADE CHEESE Newark Liberty International Airport 3 Brewster Rd Newark, NJ 07114 UTILITY/DISHWASHER Role Purpose To ensure that Jackmont’s restaurants are clean and presentable to provide a quality guest experience. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of accordingly, • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cooking equipment, • Dusting and cleaning windows, counters, tables, and woodwork, • Maintains cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot, • Work with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner, • Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes, • Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment a plus, • Must be able to work with team members, • Must have professional appearance and conduct, • Must be thorough and detail oriented, • Ability to adapt and take direction, • Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team, • Must have strong work ethic and initiative

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities ● Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations ● Run food to appropriate table numbers along with seat positions ● Prepare venue for service by cleaning and setting tables, setting decorations, and stocking service stations ● Support FOH team by setting-up and replenishing service stations, trash containers liners, and bars ● Stock bars, maintain beer, wine and liquor storage rooms, prepare venue for the next day's shift ● Complete daily side-work as directed by management ● Report directly to management and the General Manager
