WHO YOU ARE: Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, conducts a wide range of routine maintenance and repair activities across various disciplines, including masonry, plastering, carpentry, painting, plumbing, steamfitting, sheet metal work, electrical tasks, glazing, and mechanical maintenance.
