Responsibilities: • Report to all assignments on time and in uniform, • Maintain a professional appearance when working as a waiter and bartender, • Set up and breakdown of events, • Working assignments that will include conference services, receptions, buffets, banquets and outdoor events, • Communicate effectively with clients, guests and co-workers (including other waiters and bartenders) Skills: • Excellent communication, • Outstanding customer service, • Must be detail oriented, • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, • Flexibility with job duties and schedules, • Have a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, guests and your fellow waiters and bartenders Required: • Alcohol awareness training certificate - such as TIPS or American Safety Council, • 2 years of related experience, • 2 references related to waiter and bartender services, • Black dress pants, • Plain black belt, • Plain black dress shirt that can be tucked in, • Plain black long tie, • Plain black, non-slip work shoes - that can be shined We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
