Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. Our Outside Sales Representatives ‘live the brand’ by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company’s offerings, and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience. Compensation • First 90 days, receive training pay up to $673/week PLUS a reduced commission rate, • 100% Commission AFTER initial 90 days, • Monthly bonus potential, • Uncapped earning potential! Core Role Responsibilities • NO COLD CALLING! Receive high-quality preset appointments, • Execute sales presentation in its entirety for prospective customers; prepare and leave written estimates and marketing collateral in the event the appointment does not end in a sale, • LISTEN! Provide prospective customers with options that align with their expressed home improvement needs, • Ensure measure sheet, job site photos, and completed floor plans, • Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation, • Walk prospective customers through financing options, • Ensure customers’ understanding of all things related to their home improvement projects, e.g., pricing, next steps, expected lead times, etc., • Review signed contracts with the Sales Manager, • Serve as Showroom Sales Representative 1 day per week to accommodate walk-in traffic, • Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company’s post-sale division for matters related to financing, contract changes, quality assurance, etc., • Stay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activity Basic Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent, • Minimum of 1+ years of selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment Preferred Qualifications • 1+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related field, • Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad, • Demonstrated ability and desire to perform in a high-pressure, fast-growth retail company environment, • Established reputation as a high-integrity top performer Total Rewards • Full suite of comprehensive benefits offerings, • On-the-spot cash rewards, high-end company swag, concert, and sporting event tickets, • PAID VACATION!, • 401(k) retirement savings program with Window Nation match, • Personal and professional learning opportunities Window Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences. Superior Fence & Rail Suffolk is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. Paid training. Laptop and phone provided after the training period is completed. Gas card provided between 30-90 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is Suffolk and Eastern Nassau and the surrounding area; so the candidate needs to live in this area. Job Responsibilities · Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training · Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products · Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up · Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals Minimum Requirements: · 3 - 5 years of prior outside sales experience · 2 - 3 years of In-Home sales experience (preferred) · College degree in a related field (preferred) · Ability to work some weekends and evenings · Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions) · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation and listening skills · Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors · Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude · Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite) · Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation Benefits: · Company Provided Phone, Laptop, vehicle and gas card The Superior candidate will: · Be polished and professional in demeanor and possess previous outside sales experience · Have strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission Superior Fence & Rail is the largest fence contractor in the country, with over Ninety branch locations in the United States.
