The Loaner Coordinator is chiefly responsible for the organization of the loaner fleet. A clean and valid driver license is required. Responsibilities for this position include: • Ensuring loaner fleet is gassed, cleaned, and staged appropriately., • Inspecting the loaner fleet for any necessary maintenance., • Ensuring that the vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards are current. Inspecting and reporting any damage to guests and management., • Making sure all vehicles are accounted for and any problems have been documented., • Working with clients to coordinate the loaner process, clearly communicate the policies and procedures of the loaner agreement, and establishing method of payment., • Ensuring all loaner contracts are accurately completed. Working collaboratively with service advisors and fellow loaner coordinators., • Completing daily reports.
