What You’ll Be Doing: • Leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional Mediterranean dishes, made with the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients., • Creating and evolving a menu that celebrates the very best of Mediterranean flavours, from fresh seafood to vibrant vegetables and aromatic herbs., • Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times., • Managing kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and keeping within budget without compromising on quality., • Leading by example, inspiring your team to work efficiently and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment., • Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating during service, ensuring everything runs smoothly., • Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant delivers an unforgettable dining experience that showcases the Mediterranean spirit., • Developing, training, and mentoring the kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity, skill development, and teamwork., • Experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume restaurant, ideally with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine.
