We are looking for an Event Manager to join our Event Team and lead the end-to-end delivery of F2F, hybrid and virtual B2B events worldwide for outstanding clients such as Hewlett Packard (HP), ensuring seamless planning, coordination and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive person to develop their career in global event management. About the role: Dedication : Full-time Work model : Hybrid (3 days / week of remote work and 2 from the office) Location : Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona) Project’s Lenght : Temporary project (1 year estimated, with possibility to become a permanent role). Main responsibilities: Reporting to our Event Team Lead and Event Director, and working closely with the internal and client teams, some of your main responsibilities will be: • Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation • Identify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable) suppliers for different event needs • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery • Oversee event budgets, reporting and performance tracking • Prepare key documentation, timelines and operational plans for each evento • Lead onsite event delivery for a number of events across EMEA • Maintain regular client communication (meetings, follow-up calls and reporting) • Propose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences • Participate in daily coordination with the international Project Team • Contribute to weekly planning and alignment meetings with the Events Team Background & Skills: • 3+ years of previous experience in event management • Experience working with project management tolos • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written) • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of design tools is a plus) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities • Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail • Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset • Ability to coordinate different stakeholders (clients, suppliers and internal teams) • Creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging event experiences • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude • Willingness to travel internationally to deliver assigned events ➡️ What we offer: Well-connected office with green spaces around Good working environment Hybrid mode of work: 3 days of telework, 2 from the office All Friday’s journey ends at 3pm ⏰ Summer schedule during July & August Multicultural and dynamic team Free Language courses with native speaker teachers Fun & well-being activities (teambuildings) Intracon benefits (discounts on health insurance, sport centers and more) ️ As an equal opportunity organization, we recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote without regard to race, religion, creed, colour, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, or any other basis.
