Finance & Administration Manager We are looking for a hands‑on, structured and internationally‑minded Finance & Administration Manager to oversee our Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Administration and HQ Human Resources functions. This position is perfect for someone who understands international trade, VAT complexity, and multi‑currency operations, and wants to own end‑to‑end administrative and financial processes in a dynamic, growing organization. 📌 Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting • Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, month‑end close, and financial accuracy., • Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and support multi‑country accounting needs., • Implement and maintain internal controls and efficient workflows. Triangular & International Operations • Manage financial treatment of triangular operations across EMEA., • Ensure accurate VAT treatment for transactions involving multiple jurisdictions., • Validate landed cost, stock valuation, and documentation for cross‑border flows. Marketplace Tax Obligations • Handle VAT obligations for marketplace sales (OSS/IOSS, deemed‑supplier rules)., • Coordinate VAT collection, reporting and remittance for different platforms and countries. Tax & Compliance • Manage Spanish tax filings (VAT, CIT, Withholding)., • Coordinate with advisors for tax obligations in various EMEA countries., • Ensure compliance with customs, import duties, EORI, and VIES reporting. Treasury & FX • Monitor cash flow, cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity., • Manage multi‑currency payments (EUR/USD/GBP)., • Oversee banking relationships and optimize working capital. Administration • Oversee documentation, insurance, supplier contracts, certifications and general compliance., • Drive process digitalization and administrative efficiency. HR (Head Office Responsibilities) • Support hiring, onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation., • Coordinate payroll with external providers., • Maintain internal HR policies and support day‑to‑day employee relations. 🎓 Requirements • 5–10 years of experience in Finance or Finance & Administration roles., • Experience in international trade, distribution, or import/export., • Understanding of triangular VAT, marketplace VAT, and multi‑jurisdiction tax compliance., • Strong financial fundamentals and administrative leadership., • High level of English (daily communication across EMEA)., • ERP proficiency; Business Central highly recommended (NAV/BC)., • Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus., • Proactive, structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a growing environment. 💼 What We Offer • Competitive compensation, • Permanent contract, • Hybrid schedule (remote Monday & Friday), • Fast‑growing, international environment
