Role Overview The Technical and IT Manager ensures the studio setup and further development processes. Organize and perform the installation and dismantling of different technical devices according to the established procedure, Provide periodic technical support for technical devices in the studio, Take responsibility for setting up technical devices such as video cameras, audio devices, lights, and other equipment; Organize and perform installation of decorative panels inthe studio; Organize and conduct electrical equipment inspections; Organize and conduct the installation of high- and low-voltage cables; Conduct electrical testing; Organize and conduct audio equipment installation and soundproofing works; Track the work done by the team and provide regular reports on the work completed; Perform technical support functions as required by the Studio Operations Department; Perform other functions assigned by their immediate manager and arising from the duties for the respective position. Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. No specific specialization is necessary. Certificates are not required; however, having training or certification in technical equipment, operational, or administrative fields will be viewed as a plus. Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a technical, operational, or support-related field. Technical and Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of technical equipment features and functionality Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) Strong problem analysis and solution-oriented thinking skills Organizational and time management abilities Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Proficiency in MS Office and Jira is required; knowledge of other operational tools will be considered an advantage. The role involves managing staff, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that players and partners receive the highest quality gaming experience. The Shift Manager works closely with other Studio Support roles to implement strategies, enforce policies, and ensure the optimal performance of the casino floor. Responsibilities: Team Supervision: • Supervise Game Presenters and Shufflers during assigned shifts., • Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations., • Analyse staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage during the shift., • Assist in training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Operational Oversight: • Oversee live gaming operations, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and in compliance with internal and external regulations., • Monitor the performance of game presenters, and shufflers to ensure they are maintaining professionalism and high standards., • Identify, resolve and/or report operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or staffing shortages, to minimize downtime and disruptions. Performance & Reporting: • Track and document shift performance, including player interaction, staff conduct, and any operational achievements and incidents., • Prepares and submits reports to the partners in the event of incidents, mistakes, responsible gambling issues, or deviations of the expected business parameters., • Report any irregularities or deviations from standard procedures to the Senior Shift Manager., • Provide feedback to staff members regarding their performance, addressing areas of improvement and recognizing achievements. Client Relations: • Address player or partners requests, complaints or disputes, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner., • Ensure that the player experience is positive, offering assistance when needed and monitoring player satisfaction. Compliance & Standards: • Ensure all team members follow the company’s policies, gaming rules, and operational procedures during the shift., • Conduct periodic inspections of the studio, ensuring proper staff behavior, attire, and equipment functionality., • Stay informed about all relevant company updates, including new promotions, game strategies, and technological tools. Coordination & Communication: • Collaborate closely with the Senior Shift Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations., • Relay important information to the team and provide updates regarding shifts, games, or policies., • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to support team cohesion and motivation. Qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and good command in English (both spoken and written)- Digitally literate • Previous land-based and/or online supervisory casino experience, familiarity with gaming regulations and live-streaming technology is a strong plus, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Leadership, management and analytical skills, • Ability to identify problems and propose correct solutions, • Proven experience managing live operations or similar team set ups in a high-pressure environment.
