Dropshipping How To Ascend is a growing e-commerce company operating multiple online stores across international markets. Our focus is delivering excellent customer experiences and efficient support throughout the customer journey.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant based in Spain to join our remote team and help us provide outstanding support to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, and general questions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal team members when necessary.
  • Help improve customer satisfaction and overall shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic English skills for internal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or dropshipping is a plus but not required.
