(3-6 months project) We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Management Project Manager to oversee the implementation of facility services for a new client in Barcelona. This role involves coordinating and managing all on-site related services, including cleaning, reception, maintenance, and vendor management, ensuring a seamless transition and setup within a 3-6 month project timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of facilities management services for a new client, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise on-site services including cleaning, maintenance, reception, and security operations.
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring services are delivered as per the agreed contracts and performance metrics.
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, resources, scheduling, and procurement.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards throughout the project duration.
Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and solutions.
Manage the project budget, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated funds.
