  • You will be part of a small team in Palma de Mallorca, which in 2025 will receive more than 200 students from US high schools and colleges.

What you will do:
We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic, and highly organized Housing Assistant to support our Housing team in creating a safe, welcoming, and well‑managed experience for our students. In this role, you’ll help coordinate marketing initiatives, make outreach calls, screen and onboard host families, gather and manage key information, maintain our housing database, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.

What you’ll bring:

  • University degree
  • At least one year of experience in a similar sector
  • Native level in Spanish and advanced level of English (written and oral)
  • Enjoy working with people and have strong professional, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to remain flexible, shifting between projects based on the seasonality of the program, with a proactive attitude, and eager to provide support to different business areas
  • Meticulous attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of inclusion for diversity, equity, and accessibility
  • Fast learner of new technology, systems, procedures, and policies
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
