We are seeking an experienced Chef responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including creating new dishes, calculating food costs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Implement and enforce all necessary health and safety requirements to pass inspections from sanitation authorities. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Head Chef, with proven experience in managing all kitchen processes. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and menu development. Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is strictly required.
