We are a Spanish/Catalan family-friendly restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships efficiently.
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and shift management to ensure adequate coverage and labor efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Track performance metrics such as sales, labor cost, and food cost, implementing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with ownership and chef team on marketing initiatives, events, and menu development.
