Job Description Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of Bar Team in charge, ensuring the smooth running of the profitable bar operation. Inspire and lead our bar team to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience. Mentor and cultivate the skills of our bar team, fostering their growth in both mixology expertise and the art of impeccable customer service. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve collective goals of revenue growth and sustained profitability. Ensure smooth operations and a motivated team ready for success by assisting with schedules, sales incentives, training, and additional outlet responsibilities. Continuously evaluate and improve the bar's offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events. Creating and promoting bar menus to boost revenues. Ensuring bar is well-stocked, clean and all equipment is running. Qualifications Proven track record of excellence in a Bar Manager or similar leadership role within the luxury brand Proficient in English and Spanish Strong leadership and problem solving skills, outgoing personality, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Passion in creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails, as well as a deep understanding of mixology, ingredients, and techniques. We are looking for team members who will help us build a new, dynamic and modern brand. In this position, you are Head Chef or Sous Chef responsible for creating or co-creating a unique menu in the à la carte restaurant and managing the section in a kitchen. WHAT ARE THE DUTIES OF HEAD CHEF? - Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section. - Creating menu, recipes and developing dishes. - Supplier conntact, and negotiation. Daily ordering of goods. - Management of health and safety rules. (HACCAP) - Managing and training of kitchen crew. - Controling of employee cost. - Waste and food cost control. - Maintenance of kitchen equipment. WHAT CANDIDATES WE ARE LOOKING FOR? - With at least two years of experience in a similar position. - Completed training or/and education as a chef. - With strong organizational skills. - With knowledge of the market and current gastronomic trends. - Involved in a new project, creative and not afraid of challenges. - English/Spanish or Geraman speaker.
