About the role We are looking for a data-driven revenue leader to own the commercial and revenue strategy of our premium Flex Living platform. Your mission is to maximize occupancy, optimize dynamic pricing, and drive scalable, profitable growth — combining rigorous analytics, AI-powered tools, and strong commercial execution. This is one of the most strategic roles in the company. You will sit on the Executive Committee and be accountable for top-line growth across markets. What you'll do 1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue • Global roadmap: Define and execute the B2B and B2C revenue strategy, fully aligned with financial goals (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP)., • Pricing intelligence: Design AI-driven dynamic pricing models, leveraging demand forecasting and competitive intelligence to maximize revenue per available unit., • Distribution mix: Optimize the channel mix between direct sales, corporate, OTAs, and strategic partners. Push direct booking share and minimize distribution costs., • Efficiency metrics: Own LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin per channel and per city., • Destination forecasting: Build predictive demand models (ML/AI) to anticipate seasonality, pricing windows and competitive moves city by city. Translate them into annual commercial plans and precise forecasts. 1. B2B Development & Strategic Accounts • Portfolio expansion: Lead the acquisition of major corporate agreements and strategic institutional partnerships., • VIP relationship management: Act as the senior point of contact for top-tier clients (Embassies, Multinationals, Production Companies, Luxury Relocation Agencies)., • Key Account Management: Design and oversee the KAM model to maximize long-term loyalty and account value. 1. International Expansion & Go-to-Market • Market entry: Lead the commercial launch of new cities and international territories., • Demand validation: Define entry strategies and adapt pricing, positioning, and channel mix to local market nuances. 1. Leadership, Technology & IA • High-performance culture: Lead and mentor the Sales team, with clear KPIs and rigorous tracking., • AI as personal leverage: Partner with IT, Data and Product to embed AI agents and automation across the commercial stack, from lead scoring and B2B prospecting to automated reporting and revenue copilots. We expect this role to use AI as personal leverage, not just sponsor it., • Cross-functional synergy: Drive accountability and collaboration with Property Management, Operations, Finance, and People & Culture., • Strategic reporting: Standardize and professionalize commercial reporting for the Executive Committee. Expected impact (first 18-24 months) • Significantly grow top-line revenue while keeping occupancy above 85%., • Increase ADR and direct booking share., • Build the analytical foundation (pricing, forecasting, reporting) that lets Homeclub scale to new cities. About you • 7-12 years leading commercial or revenue teams in hospitality, travel, OTAs, marketplaces, or other sectors with mature revenue management., • Deep, hands-on experience in Revenue Management and dynamic pricing. Comfortable owning RevPAR, ADR, NRevPAR, GOP., • Proven track record managing high-level corporate and institutional accounts., • Quantitative background: analytical mindset with experience pulling data from databases, comfortable with BI tools (Looker, Tableau; BigQuery is a plus) and revenue management systems (Atomize, PriceLabs, Beyond, IDeaS, or similar)., • Hands-on with modern AI tools: comfortable prototyping ideas with AI copilots before handing them off to engineering. You see AI as a multiplier of your own work., • Strong bridge profile between business and IT/Product. You can scope, prioritize, and translate revenue needs into product and automation requirements., • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
