Role Overview We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Brand–Digital Designer expert in UI/UX to join our Santander office. This role is key in crafting visually compelling brand and digital experiences, translating strategic concepts into high-quality visual outputs across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop visual identities and digital brand applications across websites, social media, and digital products., • Translate brand strategies into strong visual systems and scalable digital design solutions., • Collaborate closely with strategy, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure cohesive and feasible design solutions., • Prepare and present design concepts and rationale internally., • Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand and digital touchpoints., • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies., • Work with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools in daily workflows., • Maintain a presence in the Santander office, collaborating with local and international teams. Requirements • 3+ years’ experience in branding and digital design within an agency or studio., • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital design work., • High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite., • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems., • Fluent in English., • Strong attention to detail and craft., • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
