Build, lead, and elevate a high-performing Tech Talent Acquisition team while personally owning and delivering some of the most complex and business-critical tech searches. As Tech TA Manager, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on excellence. You will scale hiring impact across Engineering, Product, Data, and other technical functions - while directly driving senior, niche, and high-impact roles end-to-end. You will act as a trusted partner to Tech leadership, raising the bar on talent, strengthening our hiring capabilities, and building diverse, future-ready teams that power our technology vision. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tech Recruiters, setting clear standards for quality, speed, stakeholder management, and candidate experience Personally own and execute end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, or business-critical tech roles Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders as a strategic advisor on hiring plans, org design, market insights, and talent strategy Elevate hiring quality through structured assessments, calibration practices, and strong bar-raising culture Leverage data and market intelligence to improve funnel health, time-to-hire, diversity representation, and hiring predictability Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, employer branding within tech communities, and candidate experience 2-3+ years of experience leading or mentoring Tech TA teams, plus 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, international environments Proven track record hiring complex and senior technical profiles across Engineering, Product, and Data Strong business acumen and credibility when partnering with senior Tech leaders Ability to move seamlessly between strategic workforce planning and hands-on sourcing/interviewing Deep understanding of technical landscapes (software engineering, architecture, data, product development) Strong data orientation - comfortable using hiring metrics and insights to drive decisions and performance Top-notch private health insurance to keep you at your peak. &##Discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses. &##Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year! &##Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery. &##Online therapy and wellbeing benefits to ensure your mental well-being.
