To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an experienced and motivated ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTYour Role As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial operations across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time., • Using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) to process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and manage payments., • Maintaining complete and precise financial records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts., • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, assisting in budget preparation, audits, and tax filings., • Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments., • Coordinating with clients regarding account balances, payment discrepancies, and queries., • Acting as the main contact for our external tax consultants, ensuring all tax submissions are completed correctly and on schedule.Your Profile, • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable., • A solid understanding of financial principles, European accounting standards, and local regulations (Spain, UK, Germany)., • Proven numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)., • Excellent English communication skills ; additional European languages are an advantage., • A hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented working style., • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset., • Highly organized, structured, and self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently.What We Offer, • The opportunity to be part of a successful, growing international company and directly contribute to its strategic development., • A diverse and dynamic position with insight into product development, company strategy, and international expansion., • A culture that values creativity, and decision-making processes., • Excellent working conditions in modern, well-equipped offices., • Flexible working hours and a positive, open-minded team environment.
