Responsabilidades: • Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes con una sonrisa y un trato amable., • Ayudar con el equipaje y guiar a los huéspedes a sus habitaciones., • Proporcionar información sobre las instalaciones del hotel y las atracciones locales., • Asegurarse de que cada huésped tenga una experiencia memorable y personalizada., • Personas con una actitud positiva y un fuerte enfoque en el servicio al cliente., • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés; otros idiomas son un plus., • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico., • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o en un entorno hotelero. Languages required: English and Spanish. The Role… As a Bellman at Soho House, your role is to deliver excellent service to create memorable experiences for our members and guests. Your main focus is to deliver a magical first impression, welcoming members and guests with warmth to deliver that ‘home away from home’ feeling. As a team we work to go the extra mile, keeping things simple and showing collaboration, kindness and passion in everything we do Main duties… • Ensuring every member is welcomed by their name and every guest is welcomed with open arms and in a hospitable manner; the Soho House way is warm and friendly., • Give recommendations to the guest, help with reservations., • Support with reservations, rooming tour, luggage., • Building and maintaining positive relationships with members and guests, ensuring you are always approachable and helpful., • Creating a fun and positive atmosphere whilst maintaining professionalism., • Supporting, directing and problem solving in real time to ensure any member or guest related concerns or complaints are resolved straight away., • Showcasing brand knowledge across all our Houses, amenities, pricing, events etc., • Managing guest lists and bookings across the House., • Following all company policies and procedures in relation to code of conduct, health & safety, security and confidentiality. What We are looking for... A successful Bellman for Soho House will ideally have up to 1 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
