We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to join our international team and make a real impact. As an Area Manager, you will act as a business leader for your region, ensuring operational excellence, strong team performance, and consistent brand standards across all stores. Supervise and develop a network of stores within an assigned area, ensuring the achievement of commercial, operational, and customer service objectives, fully aligned with Douglas’ strategy. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of stores within your area, ensuring optimal performance, • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture, • Analyze sales and profitability KPIs to define and implement action plans, • Ensure the proper execution of commercial campaigns, visual merchandising, and product launches, • Control operational costs, stock levels, and inventory management to maximize efficiency, • Monitor compliance with customer service standards and corporate procedures, • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, • Collaborate with central departments (Marketing, HR, Operations) to align local execution with overall strategy, • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify needs, and drive continuous improvement, • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies What You Bring • Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, • 3–5 years of experience in retail management, ideally overseeing multiple stores, • Strong leadership and team development capabilities, • Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI, • Fluency in Spanish and English, • High level of mobility and flexibility Why Join Douglas? • Be part of Europe’s leading beauty retailer, shaping the future of beauty, • Take ownership of your area and see the direct impact of your leadership, • Work in a dynamic, innovative, and customer-centric environment, • Grow with us: we value career development, learning, and ambition Ready to Make Your Mark in Beauty?
