Location: On-site – Catalonia Department: Finance Role Objective To manage Inlea’s accounting, tax, and administrative matters in a comprehensive manner, ensuring full regulatory compliance in Spain while maintaining an organized, efficient financial operation aligned with the needs of growing companies. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting • Manage full-cycle accounting, • Record invoices, accruals, amortizations, and adjustments, • Perform periodic bank reconciliations, • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, • Prepare monthly and annual closings, • Prepare balance sheets and profit & loss statementsTax, • Preparation and filing of tax returns:, • VAT (Forms 303, 390), • Personal Income Tax Withholdings (Forms 111, 115, 190, 180), • Corporate Income Tax (Forms 200, 202), • Form 347 and other informational filings, • Management of electronic tax notifications, • Handling inquiries and requirements from the Spanish Tax Authority (AEAT), • Monitoring the tax calendar and ensuring timely complianceCorporate Administration, • Ongoing administrative management of company entities, • Management of digital certificates, • Coordination with notaries, registries, and public authorities when required, • Support in the incorporation of new companiesRequirementsEducation, • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fieldExperience, • 3+ years in an accounting firm, tax advisory firm, or finance department, • Experience managing multiple companies simultaneously, • Practical knowledge of Spanish tax regulations, • Previous experience working with startups is a plusTechnical Skills, • Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC), • Electronic tax filing, • Experience with accounting software (A3, Sage, Holded), • Advanced Excel / Google SheetsLanguages, • Professional English (mandatory) – Ability to communicate with investors, partners, and international teams, and prepare financial documentation in English, • Catalan (ideal / highly xcskxlj valued) – Especially for local procedures and dealing with public authorities in Catalonia, • Native or professional SpanishKey Competencies, • High level of organization and accuracy, • Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy, • Ability to manage volume and multiple entities, • Practical and solution-oriented mindset, • Strong communication skills with non-financial stakeholders
