ph3Finance Director, International – Kinetico /h3pPurpose: The Finance Director, International serves as a strategic finance leader and trusted business partner reporting to the SVP/CFO and supporting the President, International. This role leads and controls end‑to‑end accounting, finance and reporting activities for Kinetico’s European businesses, while driving transformation of the finance function across the region. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide financial leadership and strategic direction for the company’s European operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. /liliPlan, direct, and coordinate all finance functions, including mentoring and development of the international finance team. /liliEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting for European subsidiaries (PL, balance sheets, cash flow reports) in compliance with local and US GAAP. /liliProvide monthly, quarterly and annual operating statements and develop financial KPIs to support business decisions. /liliMonitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, liquidity, inter‑company financing and cash‑flow related credit control. /liliDrive MA evaluation, due diligence and integration within the European region, managing risk. /liliDevelop and enforce processes and procedures to enhance internal controls and workflows. /liliLead and develop the European finance team, fostering high‑performance culture and cross‑functional collaboration. /liliMaintain alignment with global finance policies and standards, ensuring compliance in all European entities. /li /ulh3Key Performance Indicators /h3ulliDeliver financial information on schedule with high quality of content and presentation. /liliBuild and improve processes, enabling efficient workflows. /liliImplement and comply with global finance policies, demonstrated through audit results. /liliManage a high‑performance team of direct reports with critical thinking and technical competence. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline. /lili10+ years of corporate accounting/finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior role. /liliExperience in a multi‑location, multi‑geographic business, preferably manufacturing and distribution. /liliRecognized global accounting qualification or equivalent. /liliStrong technical knowledge of financial reporting in a group environment. /liliSelf‑starter with strong work ethic, able to deliver against tight deadlines. /liliFluent in English (Spanish fluency preferred).
