Clear language, honest communication, and local relevance are at the core of everything we do. 🔎 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who’s obsessed with user journeys, lifecycle marketing, and turning existing users into active and long-lasting ones. So, not someone who just sends newsletters and basic emails, but someone who understands when, where, and how to talk to our users to drive real app usage. You are comfortable with segmentation, behavioral triggers, and automation flows, plus you know how to take advantage of data for meaningful and well-timed communications. In one sentence, you can send the right message to the right user and at the right time, in a way that feels helpful, human, and on-brand. You’ll take ownership of Venga’s communications to our existing customer base through our CDP — leveraging emails, push notifications, and in-app messages to boost app usage and improve conversion rates. This role is about building strong relationships with our users throughout their lifecycle. 💻 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮´𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 Your mission is to communicate with Venga’s User Base to inform and boost the App Usage! CRM & Lifecycle Marketing • Own and execute Venga’s CRM strategy using emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging, • Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation), • Manage user segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences, • Monitor CRM performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention) to continuously test and improve messaging, timing and channels, • Turn insights into actionable improvements for lifecycle performance Campaigns & Communications • Plan and execute one-off and recurring marketing campaigns aligned with product and marketing goals, • Collaborate with Product & Marketing teams to support new product launches and drive adoption from day one, • Ensure messages are clear, useful, and feel like Venga while adapting the tone and content for different audiences and use cases 👤 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 & 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮´𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 • You have hands-on experience with CRM and CDP, • You understand user journeys, funnels, and retention mechanics, • You’re comfortable working with data and performance metrics, • You can write clear, concise, and engaging messages for non-expert audiences, • You enjoy testing, learning, and optimizing continuously, • You’re organized, autonomous, and comfortable owning end-to-end processes, • You collaborate well with creative, product, and marketing teams, • You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment, • You speak English and Spanish fluently (Catalan is also appreciated), • Knowledge or at least a basic understanding of the crypto ecosystem 👤 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞… • Experience in mobile-first or app-based products, • Experience working in fintech or Web3, • Experience with experimentation frameworks and lifecycle analytics, • Familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated industries, • Design skills to make email-related illustrations, • A good sense of humour 🇪🇸 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 • Full-Time Employment Contract, • Own-your-time company culture – manage your daily schedule around core collaboration hours, • Office days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 10:00–16:00, • A sunny office in Barcelona, less than 50 meters from the beach, • A brand new MacBook, • 25 vacation days (more than the Spanish norm), • Exciting work in a dynamic, international, fast-growing crypto startup, • A team in which you’ll grind and have fun at the same time
