This is a high-impact role that involves developing robust, scalable solutions and integrating our platforms into an ever-evolving technological ecosystem. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the executive team, managing critical projects and contributing to strategic decision-making regarding data infrastructure and technological advancements. 🎯 Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: • Design and implement a scalable data architecture aligned with business needs and strategic objectives., • Lead data integration initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and availability of information., • Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure technical and functional alignment., • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and senior management, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions., • Oversee compliance with security standards, data privacy, and applicable regulations.Develop strategies for large-scale data storage, processing, and analysis (Big Data)., • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance business value. 🕵️‍♂️ What We're Looking For: Experience: • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar IT/IS and data architecture roles. Designing scalable and robust architectures., • Proven experience in designing and implementing Big Data solutions and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)., • Languages: Fluent English (Interviews will be conducted in English) / French (nice to have), • Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with senior leadership., • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment. Technical Skills: • Advanced knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database systems., • Experience with Big Data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.)., • Designing and optimizing data pipelines., • Expertise in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi, etc.)., • Experience integrating data across enterprise systems., • Logical and physical data modeling., • Defining standards and policies for data governance., • Implementing security measures for data management., • Knowledge of regulations like GDPR or other relevant standards., • Proficiency in Python, Java, R, or similar for data analysis and processing. 🤝 Our Recruitment Process: • 30-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist., • Conversations with our Hiring Managers to learn more about the project, the role, and to assess your technical skills. 💎 What We Offer: We understand that flexibility and trust are essential for our teams. Participarás activamente en la gestión y soporte de plataformas estratégicas, colaborando con áreas de sistemas, arquitectura y operaciones. ¡Anímate a dar el salto! ¡Te estamos esperando! ¿Qué funciones vas a realizar? • Soporte y mantenimiento de plataformas como Axon y EDC (configuración, monitorización, usuarios, onboarding de metadatos, conectores, actualizaciones, etc.)., • Administración básica de sistemas Linux para los entornos que alojan los aplicativos., • Uso y explotación de herramientas como Purview y Unity Catalog para análisis de linaje, catalogación, glosario y calidad de datos., • Desarrollo de PoC y soluciones técnicas dentro del marco del gobierno del dato., • Gestión de peticiones y tickets con herramientas como ServiceNow o Jira., • Colaboración con equipos técnicos y de negocio en tareas de evolución, soporte y mejora continua de plataformas. ¿Qué requisitos has de cumplir? • Experiencia práctica con herramientas de Gobierno del Dato como Axon, EDC, Purview., • Conocimientos en Informatica Cloud u otras plataformas similares., • Experiencia en soporte aplicativo y desarrollo técnico., • Buen manejo de entornos Linux a nivel de mantenimiento y soporte., • Conocimiento de arquitectura de datos, linaje y calidad del dato. Además, valoramos si aportas: • Experiencia en gestión de tickets/incidencias (Jira, ServiceNow)., • Conocimientos de scripting (Bash, PowerShell)., • Experiencia con Azure: Entra ID, VMs, AKS, RBAC, Logic Apps, Storage, etc., • Uso de Azure DevOps: pipelines, service connections, permisos., • Buenas prácticas en administración de sistemas (Linux/Windows Server)., • Participación en entornos de operaciones y gestión de SLAs.
