Descripción del empleo SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious hotel located in the beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in hospitality management and gain hands-on experience in supervising housekeeping operations. Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping activities and ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel Learn to coordinate and prioritize room assignments for the housekeeping staff Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens Participate in training sessions to develop supervisory skills and learn about hotel operations Assist in conducting room inspections to ensure quality standards are met Support the housekeeping team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment Learn to address guest concerns and requests related to housekeeping services Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations Assist in implementing and maintaining housekeeping policies and procedures Contribute to the development of schedules and work plans for the housekeeping team Requisitos High school diploma or equivalent; education in hospitality management or a related field is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management abilities Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well under pressure Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory Physical ability to perform tasks related to housekeeping duties Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus

Descripción del Puesto Buscamos un Sales Development Representative (SDR) con pasión por las ventas y la tecnología. Las funciones serán de la prospección, calificación de leads y generación de oportunidades para el equipo de ventas.
