Align group bookings and sales activities with transient demand to optimize RevPAR. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to achieve budgeted sales goals, What you bring: 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, ideally as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in virtual and in-person presentations. Familiarity with Salesforce, Opera, and/or other CRM systems. Working knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management. Strong attention to detail and a service mindset tailored to high-expectation clients. Flexibility to work variable hours based on business needs, including travel. Independent judgment and discretion in decision-making, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on additional responsibilities assigned by leadership. A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred but not required with relevant experience. What you will do: · Supervision of all engineering works necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. · Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the Engineering department, ensuring 24 hour manning of the property. · Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with contractors and suppliers who will furnish reliable 24 hour emergency service as necessary. · Ensure proper execution of work order systems and that items are followed up on for completion. · Handling the purchasing of equipment, replacement parts and repairs, maintaining stock levels, including liaising with vendors and suppliers. · Work cohesively with Housekeeping to maintain our guest rooms to the highest levels of quality and functionality.
