Buscamos una persona con clara orientación comercial, acostumbrada a la captación de nuevos clientes, la prospección activa y el cierre de ventas en entornos B2B. La misión principal del puesto será generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y captar clientes empresa a nivel nacional, mediante una venta consultiva orientada a detectar necesidades, presentar soluciones, negociar propuestas y cerrar acuerdos comerciales.     Nuestro cliente, Empresa Industrial del sector alimentario que opera a nivel MUNDIAL, con más de 70 plantas industriales busca para su planta de FUENLABRADA / MOSTOLES / ALCORCON: OPERADOR DE CADENA PRODUCTIVA Y AUXILIAR DE PRODUCCIÓN Ubicado en EL CINTURÓN SUR de Madrid (Fuenlabrada, Móstoles, Alcorcón, Getafe y Leganés) y en dependencia del líder de equipo, tendrá como misión el garantizar en fábrica, el funcionamiento eficaz de la máquina que supervisa mediante el monitoreo, control, ajuste y mantenimiento de la misma. PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES • Configuración del equipo conforme a parámetros, • Realización de tareas menores de mantenimiento, • Asegurar la sincronización, rendimiento y eficiencia de dichas máquinas, • Gestión eficaz de los niveles de desperdicios de su área de trabajo, • Asegurar que el equipo se limpie conforme a normativa, • Supervisión funcional de la máquina asignada, • Complementar con precisión la documentación de control de procesos, • Carga y descarga (manipulación con maquinaria), • Almacenaje No importa tu experiencia previa ya que buscamos a más de 30 perfiles diferentes del entorno industrial: Carretillero, carga y descarga, controladores de línea productiva, horneros, limpieza de maquinaria industrial, almacenistas...etc REQUISITOS DE LA POSICIÓN • Grado escolar o superior, • Valorable titulación industrial (carretillero, manipulador, electricista....etc), • Inglés no necesario, • Experiencia previa en posiciones similares de al menos 6 a 12 meses REQUISITOS COMPETENCIALES Comunicativo, compromiso, operativo, atención al detalle, trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad.
