Work according to schedule: 8-hour shifts in the morning, afternoon and night The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the live casino during assigned shifts, ensuring that all gaming activities meet company standards and comply with regulations. The role involves managing staff, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that players and partners receive the highest quality gaming experience. The Shift Manager works closely with other Studio Support roles to implement strategies, enforce policies, and ensure the optimal performance of the casino floor. Responsibilities: Team Supervision: • Supervise Game Presenters and Shufflers during assigned shifts., • Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations., • Analyse staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage during the shift., • Assist in training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Operational Oversight: • Oversee live gaming operations, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and in compliance with internal and external regulations., • Monitor the performance of game presenters, and shufflers to ensure they are maintaining professionalism and high standards., • Identify, resolve and/or report operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or staffing shortages, to minimize downtime and disruptions. Performance & Reporting: • Track and document shift performance, including player interaction, staff conduct, and any operational achievements and incidents., • Prepares and submits reports to the partners in the event of incidents, mistakes, responsible gambling issues, or deviations of the expected business parameters., • Report any irregularities or deviations from standard procedures to the Senior Shift Manager., • Provide feedback to staff members regarding their performance, addressing areas of improvement and recognizing achievements. Client Relations: • Address player or partners requests, complaints or disputes, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner., • Ensure that the player experience is positive, offering assistance when needed and monitoring player satisfaction. Compliance & Standards: • Ensure all team members follow the company’s policies, gaming rules, and operational procedures during the shift., • Conduct periodic inspections of the studio, ensuring proper staff behavior, attire, and equipment functionality., • Stay informed about all relevant company updates, including new promotions, game strategies, and technological tools. Coordination & Communication: • Collaborate closely with the Senior Shift Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations., • Relay important information to the team and provide updates regarding shifts, games, or policies., • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to support team cohesion and motivation. Qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and good command in English (both spoken and written)- Digitally literate • Previous land-based and/or online supervisory casino experience, familiarity with gaming regulations and live-streaming technology is a strong plus, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Leadership, management and analytical skills, • Ability to identify problems and propose correct solutions, • Proven experience managing live operations or similar team set ups in a high-pressure environment.

FUNCIONES • Apoyar en los marcajes en pabellones, a partir de los planos que facilitan Delineación y en los que vienen reflejados las medidas exactas de los stands que participan en cada feria y su ubicación dentro del pabellón., • Colaboración con los encargados de pabellón en revisar y actualizar los planos, detectando las modificaciones que se realizan los días anteriores al comienzo de las ferias y que afecten a las medidas de los stands, a su ubicación o a las medidas de los pasillos y que hay que trasladar a la superficie del pabellón., • Colaborar en la recopilación de la información interna (Dirección de Producción de Eventos sobre todos los stands para la preparación óptima el primer día de montaje., • Informar sobre el cumplimento de la normativa del montaje, la correcta ubicación de los servicios contratados y de cada montador en su espacio, así como los pagos pendientes para la viabilidad y desarrollo del montaje. REQUISITOS • Experiencia en puestos similares de al menos 1 año, • Manejo de SAP, • Inglés B1 al menos, • Incorporación inmediata SE OFRECE • 35 horas semanales, • Turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde (8 a 15, 15 a 22), • L-V, se trabajan dos fines de semana al mes, • Salario bruto anual 24.000€

The Role of Pastry Sous Chef: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a pastry sous chef to join our team. Our Pastry Sous Chef should provide leadership and management for the Main Kitchen by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the department. The main duties to perform are: Executing the instructions of the Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef. Assist in training, development, of employees in the Main Kitchen through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. Control Main kitchen labor and operating expenses through effective planning, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the department, division and hotel. Ensuring the adherence to the hygiene and safety standards and requirements per the applicable Legislation. Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a similar environment. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
