Scope: This role acts as Programme Integration & Change Lead within the Product Design team, and is responsible for the integration activities of all projects related with design changes to the TP400 Engine. This role interacts with EPI multidisciplinary teams as well as with Parent Companies and external Suppliers. Accountabilities: 1. The integration of Product Design Changes/Projects Portfolio. · To chanel the new requests for changes received from EPI and PCs. · To define and maintain a global/integrated schedule of the ongoing changes for the Engine, managing and improving the Visual Management of the portfolio of Projects. · To support the Head of Product Design in the load & capacity assessment in order to ensure that the quantity of ongoing changes being managed is in line with the agreed capacity. · To support the Head of Product Design in the management of the budgets for all ongoing & future projects. · To manage the risk register of the Product Design Changes. · To support the team of Project Managers through the development, deployiment & maintenance the toolkit for Project Manager within the Product Design (tools, templates, rules, etc.) · The incumbent may be responsible to manage specific projects, as required. 2. The management of the gated Change Control Process. · To drive the Change Control Committee (CCC) to reach decisions by ensuring thorough preparation. · To work with the Head of Product Design to ensure changes presented for acceptance are in accordance with EPI priorities and capacities. · To ensure that each accepted change has its gates properly planned from the start. · To ensure that each gate is prepared in advance by project managers with all necessary inputs made available for the gate. · To ensure the proper outputs are delivered by the process, and in particular to liaise with the Product Delivery Team in order to synchronize the changes global plan and engine production plans (management of Point of Introduction (POI) of the change). · To ensure application of the Programme Management plan (tools, template, rules) dedicated to Change Control. · To act as secretary to the Change Control Committee (organization, agenda, records…), facilitate in-session and ex-committee decisions and ensure that all requirements to pass the gate are satisfied. · To ensure similarly thorough preparation by EPI of the Engine Change Control Board (ECCB) with the aircraft manufacturer for the engine related changes. 3. The continuous improvement of the Change Control Process. · To optimise the organization of the Change Committee sessions to make them more efficient. · To set up a batch of changes POI principle instead of individual POI per change, with clear set of principles and rules to show progress to batch and manage associated risks. · To own and manage the auditable process for introducing changes to the certified engine at EPI. 4. The management of Engine Material Data. · To identify the material master data base and generate the master file to manage SAP data transfer. · To enable the relevant checks as per approved configuration to ensure no NOT configured item is loaded in SAP without justification. · To build and maintain the additional item data that the system requires to support order administration process for EPI (commodity codes, export control, weights, etc) · To prepare the required forms templates to gather data related to Engine Parts, ensuring traceability for replacement parts is kept and recorded. · To prepare system processes to allow automated data loading. · To generate automated extracts to support: Yearly escalation factor update, creation of the info records per item, update and maintain data available at any given moment in time, update CPL pricing as per yearly publication to ADS, OCCAR and export customers. · To support EPI employees with their H/W or material related questions, ensuring on time responses, to follow up the right process and avoiding any EPI order administration blockage. · To prepare and maintain relevant documentation recording process steps and manuals to ensure knowledge is kept within EPI. · To support key users meeting trying to identify issues or further improvement options. · To support commercial team to build and prepare yearly Catalogue Price List (CPL) aligned to the agreed committed date to publish them to EPI customers and OCCAR. · Additional activities (not directly related to engine parts): Same as above but related to SPTE (Special test equipment), special tooling, single requirements from PCs/Customers. Profile: · Experience in aeronautical Programme management, ideally in change process. · Experience in gated process management and project management. · Experience in Visual management use or deployment. · Good knowledge of SAP. · Strong organizational and team motivation skills. · Comfortable with facilitating meetings and presenting to an audience. · Experience of using MS Project or similar planning tool. · Fluency in English (spoken and written).
