Business Development Manager – Spain Responsibilities: • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with local Affiliates, media, KOLs, influencers, and community leaders across the Spanish market to drive new user acquisition and trading activity., • Maintain and grow existing relationships with Affiliates and KOLs by providing ongoing support, performance tracking, and tailored campaign solutions., • Act as a key point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring high satisfaction levels through timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination., • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive Spanish growth strategy, aligning local market needs with company-wide objectives., • Support and coordinate marketing and partnership initiatives including trading competitions, referral programs, and community activations, localized for different Spanish regions., • Monitor and analyze partner and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI, conversion, and retention., • Represent Bybit at local industry events, meetups, and conferences, increasing the brand’s visibility in the region., • Have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or tech ecosystem., • Possess a strong understanding of local market dynamics in Spain, with an existing network in the crypto or digital community., • Are entrepreneurial, result-driven, and capable of navigating ambiguity and adapting strategies based on market response., • Demonstrate excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset., • Have hands-on experience executing regional growth strategies and working cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and product teams., • Are fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus., • Are based in Spain, with the flexibility to travel to regional events or meet partners when needed.
