CarlingPetri Real Estate Sales Agent position is a role integral to our continued growth strategy and expansion of our footprint within the Costa del sol market. We are looking for a high-energy, driven Real Estate agent who ideally has an existing knowledge of the Marbella property market, who will have an emphasis on new business acquisition. You will be introducing our full suite of luxury properties to new prospects, spanning a broad international mix. Working closely with the Events Manager, the Events Coordinator will take ownership of smaller-scale events while providing operational support for major international productions. The Safety Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Group Chief Safety Officer to ensure the efficient management of safety reporting, documentation, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate safety records, supporting safety management processes, and enabling effective communication between operational teams and the Safety Department. The selected person may be based in Spain (Alicante) or Portugal (Lisbon). MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Safety Administration & Recordkeeping Maintain and update the Safety Management System (SMS) databases and registers.
