We are looking for a Runner to join our team at Alberts Bar & Grill. As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth service by delivering food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities: - Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately. - Support waitstaff by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and restocking supplies. - Ensure the dining and service areas are clean and organized. - Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. - Anticipate guest needs and provide excellent customer service. - Follow health and safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards. - Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations. - Work as part of a team to create a seamless dining experience. Requirements: - Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Physical stamina to carry trays, walk long distances, and stand for extended periods. - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Conversational level English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
