Conocimientos sólidos en estándares de servicio de lujo y técnicas de hospitalidad. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, con capacidad para motivar y gestionar equipos diversos. Habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle. Conocimientos básicos en la gestión de costos, inventarios y control de recursos. Manejo avanzado de software u ofimático.
