Job Description We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help take LanguageWire Translate to the next level. LanguageWire Translate is a live product with the potential to become LanguageWire’s flagship self-serve product: the everyday translation tool knowledge workers choose, and a natural entry point into our broader enterprise platform. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team, while bringing together design, product leadership and translation expertise to shape and deliver the best possible product. Help us make it effortless to translate real work — and make it obvious why serious teams should use LanguageWire Translate. At LanguageWire, we help businesses simplify communication across languages by combining advanced AI technology with deep human expertise. Our ambition is to wire the world together with language. Help us to wire the world with language. Your mission is to grow LanguageWire Translate. You are accountable for product outcomes: helping users discover, activate, adopt, pay for and expand from LWT into LanguageWire’s broader platform, while aligning customer needs, business goals and product vision. You will own the customer-facing self-serve experience across: • Web and future desktop applications, including text, paste and file translation, • TM/TB connections, onboarding, activation and the trial-to-paid journey, • Packaging, product growth and the funnel from first use to conversion and expansion Your role is to identify the most valuable customer problems, understand them deeply and help the team solve them — not to build everything yourself. • You will be part of a cross-functional, autonomous team that sets aligned goals through OKRs, collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, and takes ownership of outcomes: you build it, you run it, you own it., • The goal is to help the team solve the right problems and ship continuous improvements by combining customer insight, business context, product judgement and strong collaboration., • Develop a deep understanding of customers, competition, economics, the current funnel and user base., • Identify the biggest opportunities limiting LWT growth and relaunch the experience around clearer packaging, onboarding and conversion., • Ship strategically important capabilities that prove LWT is more than a translation tool., • Build strong ties with customers, product peers and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted voice for LanguageWire Translate., • Success means demonstrating a clear connection between customer adoption, product value and revenue. You are an experienced Product Manager comfortable operating where the answers are not already known. You have experience with self-serve, AI-driven, PLG or SaaS products and can demonstrate outcomes you influenced — not just features shipped. You: • Start with customer problems, practice continuous discovery and use evidence to decide, • Understand activation, conversion, retention, unit economics and margins, • Work effectively with engineers and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, • Change course when evidence points elsewhere, with strong product judgement and a focus on quality, • Have experience in B2B SaaS, • Localization experience, enterprise expansion experience, and familiarity with TMS, TM/TB, MT/NMT/MTPE, LQA/MQM/AIQE, HITL, XLIFF/SRX or DITA/CCMS are useful pluses. Success is measured through outcomes, not features delivered: • Self-serve activation, paid conversion, retention and engagement, • LWT ARR, P/L and expansion into teams and enterprise, • Contribution to the wider LanguageWire ecosystem One principle matters throughout: Do customers trust us? We want a product whose capabilities are clear, claims are honest and quality earns customer confidence. • Enjoy flat hierarchies, responsibility and freedom, direct feedback, and room to stand up for your own ideas, • Internal development opportunities, ongoing support from your People Partner, and an inclusive and fun company culture, • International company with over 300 employees. Offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm, Varberg, London, Leuven, Lille, Paris, Munich, Hamburg, Atlanta, Helsinki, Turku and Valencia, • We offer flexible work of three in-office days and two days working remote, • We take care of our people and initiate many social get-togethers from Friday Bars a to Summer or Christmas parties. We have fun!, • Over 130 great colleagues in the Valencia office belonging to different business departments, • Excellent location in cool and modern offices in the city center, with a great rooftop terrace and a view over the Town Hall Square, • Private health insurance, • Working in an international environment—more than 20 different nationalities, • A dog friendly atmosphere, • Big kitchen with access to organic fruits, nuts and biscuits and coffee., • Social area and game room (foosball table, darts, and board games), • Bike and car parking At LanguageWire, we want to wire the world together with language. Why? Because we want to help people & businesses simplify communication. We are fueled by the most advanced technology (AI) and our goal is to make customer's lives easier by simplifying their communication with any audience across the globe. At LanguageWire, we are curious and intrigued by what we don’t understand. We believe relationships are based on honesty and responsibility, and being trustworthy reinforces an open, humble, and honest way of communicating. We are caring and respect each other personally and professionally. We encourage authentic collaboration, invite feedback and a positive social environment. Our desire to learn, build, and share knowledge is a natural part of our corporate culture. “Once the purpose & values project had been rolled out, I felt a stronger connection and more engaged. Within our team, we care for each other, help each other on tasks, projects and we value different opinions. We truly lift each other up to be our best and ambitiously strive towards constantly improving on a professional and personal level.” (Patrick, Application Support Team Lead, Valencia) In LanguageWire, we believe diversity in gender, age, background, and culture is essential for our growth. Therefore, we are committed to creating a culture that incorporates diverse perspectives and expertise in our everyday work.
